Course Overview
The word psychology is derived from the Greek “psyche” (mind, soul, spirit) and “logos” (knowledge, discourse or study). Literally then psychology is the study of the mind. Increasingly managerial success lies in understanding the conscious and sub conscious mental processes of how people interact and collaborate.
This course covers the critical cognitive, social and occupational theories from psychological research and applies them in practical beneficial models and methods for everyday managerial use.
